Jean-Luc Blein

A tax lawyer by training, Jean-Luc Blein practises in mergers & acquisitions and private equity. His expertise also covers restructurings and reorganisations of powers within groups, as well as complex securities issues in connection with M&A transactions. In contentious matters, he works with the firm’s specialised department, in particular on shareholder disputes and liability warranties. He is a member of the firm’s executive committee and represents the firm within France Invest (formerly AFIC – the French private equity association).
